The mankind has been pursued by Mycobacterium tuberculosis as long as it exists. Any human organ can be infected with TB, but the pulmonary tuberculosis is still the most wide-spread. The infection is usually spread through the air, when infectious people cough, sneeze, talk or spit. Being an intracellular parasite, mycobacterium is very complicated to be eliminated. Nowadays there are many effective antituberculous drugs which are often applied in complex (two, three and more drugs at the same time), but a course of treatment takes a long time (beginning from half a year). Unfortunately, cases of intolerance to some chemicals that results in toxic lesions of the liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract etc are frequent. However, clinicians have no chance to stop using tried treatment regimens. That is why researches on new therapeutics that in complex treatment with antituberculous drugs would accelerate cure process and reduce toxic effect of those drugs have always been essential.
